In our experience new clients are not always sure of their requirements and seek constant changes to the original brief as the site construction proceeds. For this reason we reserve the right to quote a fixed estimated price for so many hours work and an agreed hourly rate thereafter.

Web site builds: 30% deposit in advance with balance paid at agreed 'milestones' or on satisfactory completion. Planning meetings and optimisation are included and there are no hidden extras. Subsequent maintenance, update changes and site expansion can be handled at an agreed hourly rate, with monthly or quarterly invoices based on completed time sheets.

Google Ads: payment in advance for agreed research, Google campaign set-up and one month management.

Coaching: payment at start of each session. We are happing to conduct sessions at 'yours or mine' but reserve the right to request reasonable travelling expenses for round trips over 10 miles.

We request all clients to sign a contract before beginning work. Discounts are available for Trials and are always offered as a matter of course to existing and regular clients. Our aim is to ‘delight’, add value and beat expectations.
