Essentially we're flexible and usually quote a fixed price (or agreed monthly arrangement) after carefully estimating the time involved. In our experience many clients seek enhancements and additions to the original brief as the site construction proceeds. For this reason we reserve the right in more complex cases to quote a fixed price for so many hours work and an agreed hourly rate thereafter. Our policy is to build long term relationships which requires genuine trust and understanding on both sides.

We request all clients to sign a contract before beginning work.

• First-time clients and jobs with a quote value under £300, payment in full is required.
• Projects with a quote between £300-£2,000, a 25% deposit is payable on ‘agreement to proceed’, with the balance due when you’re fully satisfied upon completion.
• Larger quotes over £2,000, we usually seek part-payments at project milestones or against monthly invoices.
• Our monthly 'all-in' contracts including site build, maintenance and website optimisation (or web site promotion alone) are proving popular...please ask! (minimum contract 6 months). This arrangement can be tailored to suit budgets and provides maximum flexibility.
• Regular clients, maintenance, update changes and site expansion can be handled at an agreed hourly rate, with monthly or quarterly invoices based on completed timesheets. This also applies to monthly search engine submissions which we recommend continue for at least six months.

Our all-inclusive 'value for money' fees include:

• All aspects of planning, creating and constructing your web site.
• Unlike some competitors there are no hidden extras like scanning or upload telephone charges.
• The quote will specify any special disbursments like stock photography and indicate the time goals.
• Our fees include uploading/testing phone costs and one-off submission to over 90 major UK and World search engines with one month ‘help and hand-holding’.
• Our aim is to ‘delight clients’ and we’ll strive to beat expectations and deliver what we promise.
• If possible we’ll seek to ‘add value’ to the project utilising our complimentary financial, marketing and business skills…a mix hard to find elsewhere.
